Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email shopmuddigo@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
